Levee Brochure

On the heels of the Hurricane Katrina disaster, California began an intense examination of the Bay Area’s levee systems and neighboring new home developments. Our client’s development located near the Delta was well underway when levee concerns were raised, and we knew action and answers were needed post haste. Shennum Green designed an educational brochure that was distributed to prospective homebuyers and to the surrounding community that clearly explained the great measures Shea Homes was taking to ensure the safety of all residents. More specifically, the brochure was produced to educate the community about Shea’s construction of an entirely new levee and additional improvements to an existing levee already in place to protect the community.
