Mothers, Cosmo, and even Dr. Phil, have taught us the key to a successful relationship is communication. Nowhere is this more apparent than the relationship between builder and homeowner–especially when the community is still under construction. That’s why each quarter our client held a Vision Meeting to update their residents on community developments. Their dilemma: how to present so much information in a concise, easy-to-understand format. The answer: a patented Shennum Green presentation. We developed a customized communication tool that was thorough, interactive and informative. And we did it so well we continued to develop presentations for them meeting after meeting.
