Process: Shennum Green was tasked with handling all marketing for the grand opening of Olson’s Village Walk community. We designed a multi-faceted campaign that included print advertising in key newspapers, e-blasts to interest lists, a grand opening event and finally the design of the Village Walk sales center with collateral on the energy- and cost-saving benefits of going green at Village Walk.
Results: Village Walk welcomed more than 300 attendees during its grand opening weekend, setting a new record for all Olson community grand openings in Northern California. |
