Process: Shennum Green was responsible for the complete launch of Live Secure in all of Signature’s Northern California communities. Keeping its fast-turn deadline in mind, we designed a multi-faceted launch for Live Secure, including a custom microsite for consumers, a new advertising campaign and aggressive public relations outreach to key local and national media outlets.

Results: The Live Secure campaign was very successful in not only generating traffic and sales for Signature Properties communities, but also promoting Signature Properties’ role as a leader in the homebuilding industry through media. Shennum Green secured more than 25 unique hits in leading TV and print media outlets, including an in-depth story on national ABC World News and local ABC 7, and features in the East Bay Business Times, Contra Costa Times, and Bay Area Newsgroup publications.

Situation: As doom and gloom reports on the housing slump continue, a rising number of homebuyers grow unsure if now really is the right time to buy a new home. In an effort to combat uncertainty of the market and entice buyers on the fence by diminishing the fear-factor, Signature Properties designed an unprecedented two-year price guarantee program called Live Secure. Signature Properties would guarantee the price of a new home for two years, and if a homeowner has to sell their home for less than their contract price within two years after purchase, Signature would write them a check for the difference.
