Walk This Way – no not the karaoke favorite, but rather Signature Properties’ event at their Station Square community in downtown Livermore, was a prime opportunity to distribute an e-card. Not only did we need to paint a picture of the event, but also include quite a bit of information. The outcome was an attention-grabbing e-card that directed customers to an interactive landing page. Not to mention a 30 percent click-through rate and more than 150 attendees who decided to Walk This Way. Oh, and the event sold a few homes, too.
