Located in the heart of newly revitalized downtown Livermore, Signature Properties’ Station Square community is ideal for those wanting restaurants, galleries, movies and shopping all in walking distance. So why not exploit the hot location? Shennum Green coordinated and marketed a traffic-generating event on-site at Station Square. We orchestrated the Walk This Way event. We invited five local vendors to set up shop in Station Square’s five model homes, each complete with a vendor’s informational and interactive display and friendly representative. Whether it was sampling a new wine, seeing local artists’ newest creations or trying a savory treat, guests got a taste of all the benefits downtown living has to offer. Throw in a grand prize giveaway for two Trek bikes and a live on-site radio broadcast and you’ve got yourself a popular event. Walk This Way was a hit, boosting traffic nearly 400 percent and sales more than doubled from the previous week.
