Admittedly, living in wine country has a few perks. Lush vineyard views, temperate climate and, not to mention, the wine! Signature Properties’ luxurious Private Reserve community offers the rare opportunity to own a new estate home in the protected Livermore wine country. Shennum Green developed an exclusive high-profile event to a targeted group of potential homebuyers. We partnered with local favorite Steven Kent Winery for an elegant, relaxing and fun day of tastings. Perfect Pairing featured a different wine paired with a complimentary food served by a wine aficionado in each of Private Reserve’s model homes. Guests were greeted in the sales office with a custom-branded Private Reserve wine glass and invited to meander through the model homes and learn the art of wine and food pairing and the benefits of wine country living. Perfect Pairing was enormously popular. Sales quadrupled and a couple of million dollar homes were sold as a result.
