Company Rebranding

A group of Northern California MLSs announced in 2006 a plan to consolidate into a single MLS under the name of Northern California Real Estate Exchange (NCREX). Sounds simple enough, but when four competitors in a highly competitive industry decide to merge as one entity for the benefit of their customers, a careful approach must be taken as to not upset the proverbial apple cart. Our focus for the launch was on the innovation of MLS consolidation and the technology behind NCREX rather than focusing on the merger.
