How do you keep track of a penguin on the loose in the Bay Area?  The only logical way is a web site. The Olson Company launched a sales promotion featuring its company mascot, Rico, who happens to be a penguin that spent the summer making appearances throughout the Bay Area promoting The Olson Company communities.
