Serenity DVD Mailer

Luxury homebuilder Heartwood Communities wanted to introduce the opportunity to build custom homes in a desirable Bay Area location to a targeted demographic of high-profile brokers and buyers. Shennum Green’s answer: a high-profile direct mail piece. The mailer needed to be cost-effective, consistent with branding and showcase the property in its best light.  Our solution was to produce a DVD to reinforce the beauty of a custom home set in the Pleasanton hills.  The result was an interactive, multimedia mailer with loads of information on building a Serenity dream home.
